The CEO, of i-naira.com - Mr. Hillary Nwaukor, facilitated a session during the one-day workshop on “ The Role of Secured Transactions in Moveable Assets Act in Financing MSME in Nigeria”.

The event was organised by Conference of Western Attorneys General – Africa Alliance Partnership (CWAG – AAP) in Collaboration with the National Collateral Registry (NCR).

Hillary facilitated the session on “The Strategic Importance of Secondary Derivative Market Platforms for the Completeness of the National Collateral Registry & Standardisation of Moveable Asset Disposal Processes Under the STMA Act. 28th of March 2019

Mr. Hillary shared his professional knowledge with the Justices and Judges of Nigeria on “The Strategic Importance of Secondary Derivative Market for the Operationalisation of the National Collateral Registry”.
