EFCC - Status: 2022 - Ongoing

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is a Nigerian law enforcement agency that investigates financial crimes.

We are one of the two appointed e-Auctioneers for the EFCC for disposal of forfeited assets (Vessels, Automobiles, Landed Properties etc.)

We are currently supporting the EFCC with the sales of vehicles online as a preferred channel for disposal of affordable assets to the general public.

It also provides tailored services to over 7.5million corporate, commercial and retail customers nationwide.

We support the bank with sales of redundant assets due to operational upgrade.

PEPSICO - Status - 2023 - Ongoing

PepsiCo; owners of Food Concept Pioneers Ltd, Nigeria, is the largest food and beverage company in North America and the second-largest in the world,

We are supporting the company with disposal of equipment in its semi-automated bakery in Ikotun and Oregun in line with the need to free up operational space

FCDO - 2022 - Ongoing

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office is the ministry of foreign affairs and a ministerial department of the Government of the United Kingdom

We supporting the FCDO with eAuction services for the disposal of closed sponsored project assets.

NIGERDOCK - Completed

Nigerdock FZE, a member of Jagal Energy, is the leading indigenous Nigerian energy services company with diverse but related capabilities in complex oil and gas project delivery during both the greenfield and brownfield stages of an asset lifecycle.

Nigerdock FZE mandated i-naira.com to support the firm with valuation and auction services.

PROPCOM MAI-KARFI - Completed

Propcom Mai-karfi (PM) is a market-driven programme funded by Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) which aims to reduce poverty in northern Nigeria by intervening in markets that matter most for poor women and men.
Propcom Mai-karfi during its implementation bought some assets and got some transferred from its predecessor project Propcom as well as from other Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) Programme.

The project as part of its asset management strategy and due to limited storage space have decided to auction some of its assets. Accordingly, Propcom Mai-Karfi contracted i-Naira.com to support the the company with e-Auction solution in order to entrench transparency, probity and accountability.

DAI - MADE - Completed

Market Development in the Niger Delta (MADE) Auction
MADE is a project designed to promote inclusive, pro-poor growth for farmers and entrepreneurs in the Niger-Delta. Recently the MADE phase 2 project closed and the programme manager (DAI) and donor partner (Department for International Development- DFID) decided to dispose the project assets.

In view of the foregoing, DAI contracted i-Naira.com; an independent online auction company to audit, value and sell the aforementioned assets on its behalf in order to entrench transparency, probity and accountability.

Recently appointed as the Official online auctioneer for Nigerian Conservation Foundation to value and sell idel assets belonging to the organisation.

Enhancing Financial Innovation & Access (EFInA) is a Financial Sector Deepening (FSD) organisation that promotes inclusive finance in Nigeria. The FSD Network is a family of nine Financial Sector Deepening, or FSD, programmes operating across Africa.

Experts urge NASS to fast-track passage of Chartered Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria bill

Experts in the Auctioneering Industry have urged the leadership of the National Assembly to expedite action on the passage of the bill which seeks to establish the Chartered Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria (CIAN) which has already been re-gazetted in November 2023 for consideration at the Committee of Whole on the floor of the House of Representatives, without further delay.
The Chartered Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria bill initiated since 2013 during the 7th Assembly was passed through Third Reading during the 8th and 9th Assembly, respectively, by both Chambers.
The Institute gave the charge via a statement jointly signed by CIAN Chairman, Lagos State Chapter, Mr. Hillary Nwaukor; CIAN Registrar/CEO, Mr. Adeleke Hassan and President United Auction House and former chairman of Lagos State Chapter, Dr. Jogunola Adeniyi Onabanjo.
