Mr. Hillary Ugochukwu Nwaukor, Director/ CEO / Licenced Auctioneer
Hillary is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He serves on the Advisory Board of Franchise Business Development Services (FDBS) Nigeria. He is the founder of i-naira.com; foremost secondary derivative market positioned to support the organised private sector with auction services.
He is an experienced business management consultant as well as a licensed and certified auction practitioner in Lagos state, Nigeria. His consulting career kicked off at Nextzon Business Services Ltd in 2009 and he will later join the NNPC where he served as TA to the HMPR on Research & Strategy (2012 -2014) and later on served as an Assistant to the GGM/GPAD in a technical capacity on New Media Strategy Development before resigning in 2016 to launch i-naira.com; a company that is adjudged by the organised private sector (OPS) as the first reliable technologically driven auction platform in Nigeria.
In recognition of the aforementioned contribution to the development of online auction in Nigeria, Mr. Hillary was invited to Aso Rock by the Presidency to exhibit the i-naira.com brand during the Aso Villa Demo Day (AVDD) event in 2016.
In 2017, he was recognised by Nigeria Communication Week annual BoICT award as Technology Innovator of 2016.
Mr, Hillary is a graduate of International Studies and Diplomacy from Ambrose Alli University, Edo State and holds an MBA in International Business from the University of East London, UK.
Mr. Sulaiman Lawan Koguna, Director/ Asset Disposal Risk Underwriter
Suilaiman serves as an Executive Director of Marketing at Koguna Babura Insurance Brokers Limited. Mr. Koguna is the Founder/Director of e-Insurance Solutions Centre Limited, e-Training Institute and e-Island Solutions Limited.
He is an experienced Insurance professional and a Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute UK. He is a Council Member of the Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON). Mr. Koguna has been Non-Executive Director of Red Star Express Plc since June 26, 2014.
He is Director at i-Naira Integrated Resources Ltd (member of i-naira consortium; owners of NCR Commodity Auction platform).
Mr. Koguna is a Graduate of Economics from the Eastern Mediterranean University Cyprus and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Management from Loughborough University, Leicestershire, UK.

Jeanine Muokwe has successfully set up and managed treasury sales in a foremost Nigerian Financial Institution with vast business outlays spanning most of Africa and the United Kingdom.
She currently serves on the board of Innovea Ventures, a Swedish consulting start-up with focus on technology and financial consulting.
Jeanine holds a first degree in Pharmacy from University of Nigeria Nsukka and an MBA from the prestigious IE Business School, Madrid Spain Europe.
She also holds a certificate in Behavioral Economics from Yale School of Management under the Global Network For Advanced Management Programme.
In her spare time she works as a volunteer consultant for Grow Movement, which is a UK, based NGO that focuses in empowering and developing small businesses in East Africa.

Dolapo serves on the Advisory Board of The Zen Student Apartments as well as Amaris Vidi Holdings.
He is an avid business management consultant with over 10 years of consulting experience in audit, Human Resources Management as well as SAP. As a HR Assistance Manager in Accenture Nigeria and team member of Project PACE, he oversaw the screening of applicants and recruitment of candidates for diverse roles in 2005.
In 2007, he proceeded to TOTAL in his capacity as an Internal Control officer where he trained and mastered the use of SAP in editing and monitoring cost of assets figures with a bird-eye view on discrepancies.
He thereafter proceeded to the United States of America where he joined Price Waterhouse Cooper LLP and worked as an IFS Intern. (Washington National Tax Services) and later on as an Assurance Associate (Consumer Product & Services). He is a Director at i-Naira Integrated Resources Ltd (member of i-naira consortium; owners of NCR Commodity Auction platform).
Mr. Joseph is a Business Administration (Accounting) graduate from Howard University, Washington D.C.
Olukunle Makinde, Director/ Head of IT infrastructure
Olukunkle is an eBusiness Consultant with over 11 years of experience in web / GUI (Graphical User Interface) development and Business development. He graduated from the University of Ilorin and immediately started building his career in Information Technology as a GUI/business developer.
Makinde later proceeded to work with Parkway Projects, where he fully developed his creativity as a GUI builder and moved on to Business development. While with Parkway Projects, Makinde was part of several projects such as Bankcollect, Dubai Visa, and Vend24/7.
He later joined FIOnline Ltd a subsidiary of Finbank Nigeria where he further developed his career in Business Development in 2009 before joining Nextzon Business Services Limited as an eBusiness Consultant.
Makinde took part in several projects in Nextzon as a Project Manager and Graphics expert, these projects include (but not limited to) CFS West-Africa, Customer relation and service tracking portal, FRSC portal, National Vehicle Identifications System, Youth Lounge social network portal and many more.
His resourcefulness and understanding of Graphical User Interface (GUI) and Customers’ Systems Integration (CSI) is responsible for the seamless materialization of i-Naira.com business concept at every stage of development and testing of all our products.
Olumayowa Olajide Temowo, Valuer
Olumayowa is a dedicated professional with over 12 years working experience in Estate Management. He had his internship with Gbenga Olaniyan and Associates as an undergraduate.
He commenced his career with the real estate firm Diya Fatimilehin and Co. where he was a broker and Management Surveyor both in Victoria Island and Surulere offices for 2 years. He thereafter joined Broll Property Services Limited where he worked in different capacities as a property manager in one of the luxury residential apartments in Victoria Island before joining the CRES (Corporate Real Estate Services) team where he successfully managed portfolio of properties for corporate organisations all around Nigeria.
Finally in Broll, he worked in the Valuation and Advisory department, where his team was responsible for carrying out valuations for multi-nationals and indigenous organisations around Nigeria.
He has attended various professional courses in relation to Estate Management and is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He attended Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Ile-Ife, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management. He is presently the Managing Director of OLT Realtors Limited (a strategic valuation partner to i-Naira.com).
Emeka J. Nzeribe (arpa,CIPM),
Chief Internal Auditor (Systems and Process Auditor at i-Naira)
Emeka is trained in ISO 9001: 2000 Internal Audit, He conducts assurance work to determine whether i-Naira Integrated Resources Ltd.’s risk management, control, and governance processes, as designed and represented by management, are adequate to ensure risks are appropriately identified and managed. He is the founder of Jack & Ideas Ltd, a company offering Management Consulting Services (Legal Advisory, Brand Management, Human Capacity Development Programs and many more) in Nigeria.
His has over 18 years of business management consulting experience. His career started at Vision Media, Maryland USA in 2000 - in his capacity as the “Multi-Media and Communications Director, he oversaw the production of two weekly - half-hour television broadcasts; a program adjudged by Neilson Ratings as number one in its time-slot for two concurrent seasons. He, later on, joined E.L Jones & Sons, Maryland USA. In his capacity as a Marketing Coordinator, he was responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of all brand communication and marketing needs of the company in line with the revenue generation drive of the company.
His panache, experience, and confidence as a media communication guru, earned him the position of an Executive Director at Sunrise Advertising Ltd when he returned to Nigeria in 2004. He oversaw all agency creative functions including copywriting, graphics and audio/visual productions. Executed all creative pitches to clients while leading the Creative Services Department of the company.
He, later on, joined Nakachi Consulting as a Lead Consultant - where he consulted for Ministries, Departments and Agencies(MDAs) of Government. Some of his notable achievements at the time include (but not limited to) the planning and execution of the highly successful 2010 Independent Corrupt Practices and other related Offences Commission (ICPC) Recruitment Exercise, Conducting and co-facilitating a 5-day training for 16 senior managers at the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) on Advanced Project Management.
He subsequently re-joined Bankers Warehouse Ltd in 2011 as Head of Project Management Unit; having left as Manager, Special Projects in 2008 to pursue the aforementioned. He has since risen through the ranks at Bankers Warehouse and he is currently the Regional Manager (Abuja, North-East and North-Central) where he oversees business development activities including contracts negotiations, government tenders, and strategic partnerships augmentation.
Emeka has a BA, Business Administration/Marketing from the Shepherd University, Maryland, USA. He is a Certified International Project Manager and has undergone training in ISO 9001:2000 Internal Audit.
